Pastor Booher has grown up under the ministry of Faith Baptist Church. He was saved in a high school chapel service at the age of thirteen. Pastor Booher began working with young people at seventeen years of age upon entering Bible college, and has twenty years experience in working in the area of youth ministry. He served as youth and associate pastor of Faith Baptist Church from 1994 until 2006 when he was called to pastor the Faith Baptist Church.

Bro. Scott Birt has been involved in full-time Christian service as church music director and Christian school administration for over 25 years. He has both a bachelors and master degree from Pensacola Christian College and has worked toward a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education with Nova University. While at Pensacola Christian College he served as Assistant to the Vice-President of Academic Affairs. Over the years of serving the Lord, he has been a member of FACCS Accreditation Teams, FACCS Director's Task Force, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and National Association of Secondary School Principals.

Dr. William Britton has been with Faith Baptist School for the past fifteen years. He has seventeen years of teaching experience in the areas of advanced mathematics, including Algebra II, Geometry, and pre-Calculus, advanced science, including Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Physical Science, Bible, Spanish I & II, P.E, and English. He has served as Vice-Principal, Principal, and Athletic Director. In addition to all of his full time high school teaching, he also is reponsible for the organization and implementation of courses offered through Atlantic Baptist College, and teaches many of the college courses each semester.
